RESULTS
Before working with Anthony I was living my life on auto-pilot. While it was easy and safe, I was yearning for something more. I started with Ant 4 years ago, my anxiety always held me back from my fitness journey that I have always wanted/dreamed to achieve. When I met Anthony we instantly clicked he was so understanding and patient with me. Of course I was nervous to start out with a new trainer but he made me feel confident the day I walked through that door. A few years back I was dealing with a lot of anxiety, bad eating habits, bloat the list goes on. I always worked out but I needed a change. He made that change. He changed me. We worked hard together as a team.
I started feeling better, eating clean and training with so much power. I learned so much about myself and my body. I have become obsessed with fitness, learning about myself achieving goals I never thought I would be able to. It wasn’t easy but I always had him to fall back on when I needed someone to keep pushing me through this process. Not to mention he is extremely knowledgeable. I went from not being able to get out of bed in the morning to waking up at 5:45am Saturday mornings to get work done before my 9-5. Strength training 3 times a week crushing goals every single day and not to mention I am now training for my first half marathon. A few years ago I couldn’t even run for 3 minutes.
Through my work with Anthony, I’ve learned how to make intentional choices and have developed a newfound confidence that allows me to present my best self to the world. I can’t wait to see what the future holds working with Anthony. I always say, Anthony is not just a trainer he is a life coach.

I started training with Anthony 3 years ago after having my second child. I was experiencing chronic neck and upper back pain postpartum. It was debilitating and made day to day activities and motherhood extremely challenging. Both of my pregnancies were high risk which prohibited me from working out, so I was very nervous as I re-entered my fitness journey. After a few disappointing trial runs with other trainers, I was introduced to Blue Collar Fitness and have never looked back. Anthony’s training in biomechanics, his extreme attention to form and detail and his genuine care for his clients make him the best in his field. His program helped me regain my core strength which alleviated the pain and also helped me feel more confident and empowered through movement. I recommend him to everyone I know looking to better their health and can’t thank him enough for al he has done for me.

When I started working with Anthony Ciccarino, I wanted to get more toned, I wanted my jeans to fit better and I didn’t want to be so sore from exercise that couldn’t move the next day. I had a big family event in a few months so I figured it was a good time to see if I could make it happen. My first day with him he asked me about my goals. When I told him, he immediately said that in order to make real changes to my body, I had to be more disciplined with my eating, follow his lead with exercise and drink A LOT of WATER.
We spent the next 11 weeks texting 4 times a day - I sent him a photo of every meal I ate. He gave me great suggestions of things I could eat that would fuel my body and keep me from feeling hungry. Honestly, drinking the amount of water suggested was much harder than changing the way I ate. As he saw my progress, he adjusted my meals and training accordingly. I trained with Anthony 3x per week for 11 weeks. It was incredible to see the difference of what I could do in the gym week 1 vs week 11.
Anthony made each work out different and challenging. He was always available to me with any question I had throughout the process. I met my goals and wa as lean and fit as I had ever been in my life. Here we are four years later and throughout that time I have incorporated all that I learned with Anthony in my eating and exercise. I no longer send him photos of everything eat but I still train with him 2x a week religiously. What makes Anthony so special as a trainer is that he is able to adjust his workouts depending on your particular needs. He works around injuries seamlessly,he revs up the workouts when you want or need more and he knows how to dial them back yet still challenge you when appropriate too. He is constantly learning and applying that knowledge in his training sessions. He is a great communicator and appreciates feedback to make sure you get the most of your time with him. He’s incredibly flexible, encouraging, supportive and positive. I feel very lucky and grateful to have Anthony as my personal trainer.

My wife started to work out with Anthony 3 years ago. After gaining significant weight after our wedding, I knew I needed to begin exercising and doing better as a husband and father. Truth be told, I couldn’t bring myself to make that call to him because I knew how precious his time was. If you were able to get time with Anthony it meant you were ready for a major life change, and I wasn’t quite ready to commit. I had gotten into unhealthy patterns during the post-pandemic years. After months of procrastination, I made the call. In the first couple of months with Anthony, I achieved noticeable weight loss. Moreimportantly, I had a monumental mental shift. I was ready to focus and feel strong again.
Working with him has not only improved my physical appearance, it has helped me become more driven and committed to everything I do in life. Working with Anthony is a game changer, and a life lesson on how to achieve goals, even larger than I initially set for myself.
