    Your workouts are delivered via a shared Google Sheet updated at the end of each training phase.

  • Communication

    Text for quick check-ins. I respond within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri). If you don’t communicate then I can’t help you.

    You’ll receive weekly guidance via email or text check-ins.

  • Video Library

    Exercise library with each exercise program which makes it feel like you’re actually getting trained from me.

We take a habit-based approach to nutrition, not restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all plans. You'll receive personalized guidance based on your intake form, goals, and current lifestyle. If you’re looking for more structure, we’ll build a sustainable system that fits into your day-to-day—not the other way around. We don’t believe in starving the body; instead, we focus on fixing the root causes first. Often, simply fueling properly reduces inflammation and helps body fat come down naturally.

What can I expect from Virtual Training?

Aside from five star customer service and top notch hospitality, you will gain insight to where your improper movement patterns lie. We will dissect and assess you from the ground up as you move through your session and we will build a quality training program built just for your personalized goals and needs. Function first and physique goals always follow. Expect to be in the gym at least 3x a week with me in the gym
